Final Cleaning |
Final cleaning has to be done by client except when included in price (please check the description of the house).

Breakage deposit : |
250 €. Returnable, payable in Sterling cheque, or by credit card.
It must be paid at the same time as the balance of your villa rental. Cheques are not cashed and credit card numbers are kept as guarantee for 2 weeks after the end of your stay.
If all the members of the party are under 23 years you will be asked for 500 €.
In off season if your require heating, you will be asked for a further security deposit of 100 €. |
Arrival Times |
in Ericeira : 14:00 to 19:00
in Tavira : 16:00 to 19:00
Rest of country : 15:00 to 19:00.
If you arrive after 19.00 we cannot guarantee that you can obtain the keys until the next day except by prior arrangement, in which case a supplement may be payable. Clients likely to arrive late by air should book our taxi transfer from Lisbon airport/railway station direct to their property. The driver will have the keys.

Taxis |
We have negotiated a preferential rate for taxi transfer from Lisbon airport/railway station or from Oporto airport/railway station. You may rent a taxi at your arrival in Algarve, but for this area you will have to buy the voucher yourself (in the airport).
The price is 59 € for 4 adults from Lisbon (airport or railway station) to Ericeira.
The price is 70 € for 4 adults max from Oporto to Ancora.
The driver will take you to our office or he will have the key and take you straight to your house.
Child seat available for Ericeira taxis (children up to 4 years). The cost is 5 € per journey, it must be ordered in advance, it takes the place of an adult passenger. |

Sheets and towels |
You must bring your own linen except if included in price. Please check the description of the house.
Hire of sheets : 4,90 € per week and per person. (Sleeping bags are not allowed in lieu of sheets)
Hire of towels : 7 € per week and per person. For a set of towels (one bathtowel, one hand towel, one teacloth) |
Heating |
as per consumption (one mobile convector per property and only from october to may). Heating deposit of 100 € requested on arrival. |

| Payments : details |
The deposit (30% of the total) is to be paid in order for the reservation to be concluded. Payment of the balance is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
